How do I start a speech, and how can I make my speech more enthusiasm?

Hi, i want to know how i can make my speech better by saying something other then my name or hi my name is... i'm talking about my career for the future, or my day on the job. please help if you can. Thanks for your time.

2. I'm a really good writer here's how i would start it. Last night I was sitting on the couch watching a movie. One of the characters was sipping her coffee when her boss walks in and drops a stack of papers on her desk knocking of her son's baseball picture. She begins to shout in furry, but one of her coworkers tells her it's not worth her job. She huffs in protest then gets started on those papers. This startled me, I never want a job where I loathe every morning of getting up. So I began to ask myself about my careers and my future. Will I be successful? Will I be like that lady in the movie? And low and behold I found jobs that will keep me entertained and well motivated. Don't steal it it's plagerism. It's just an idea.
3. start off talking about your future schedule, an example would be if you were planning to be a doctor you could say : wake up, treat patients, perform open heart surgery, come home, etc... Then say your name, and what your future profession is (ex: hi my name is blank and in the future i will be a blank) With this beginning, you familiarize your audience with a gist of what the career is, and you also keep their attention. good luck with he speech, hope i helped =)
