how to compain about promotional calls from mobile service providers ?

I am getting frequent calls from Reliance communications regarding thier promotional offers. It is being done from certain RCOMM showrooms in chennai.. How do i complain this ?I have always shouted at them not to call,but still they are calling back..

1. call your customer care number it is as follows: For Postpaid : Dial * 222 from your Reliance Phone or 30333333 from any other phone. For Prepaid : Dial *333 from your Reliance Phone or 30333333 from any other phone. then talk to their customer care executive and tell your problem he will giv you a number and a msg to type and send it to that number from your mbl.your probs will be solved.even if the phone comes then you can go to TRAI but then that will be you know a long process.1 thing will 99.99% work.so be free from unwanted calls.also via internet also it can be done.Reliance Mobile & Reliance Hello customers can send in their complaints: By e-mail at : serviceassurancecell@relianceada.com or FAX: them to our dedicated fax number: 022 303 88005 or Get in touch with the Nodal Officer in your circle: or If you are not satisfied with the Nodal officer's solution, you can then approach an Appellate authority for resolution.
2. Just subscribe to 'Do not disturb - DND' service to avoid promotional calls. Ask your customer service for the procedure. Normally it will take 30 days to get activated.
