What will communication technology be like in 100 years?
It has went from the "party line" to the "razr phone" in just a few years. What's next?

- Who knows that the future will hold, but I guess it will be based on the shape of todays mobile phones. They could be voice actived or be able to produce holographic image or play dvds or even watch tv in 3D.
- A holograph of the person in your living room. lol
- I think we will evolve to be telekinetic. Probably some sort of holographic communication.
- Embedded subcutaneous cell phones that have no external hardware and charge themselves from bio-chemical symbiosis with body fluids. Voice activated and visual "injection" into the optical cortex and aural processing centers - hell may as well throw olfactory I/O and "the sex channel" to allow you to share those special moments with your A-list black book entries. The cell bill will be killer....
- In 100 years we would have heard, seen and learnt it all by 10 years of age. Communication will be considered an illogical waste of productivity.
- there are phones now where you can put on a headset and talk to your hand and technology called digital angel that tracks your everymovement large corporations are trying to get the goveernment to force it on the immigrants anfd felons my guessis over time this eye implant will become a national id and communication will be worked into the chip all the serial numbers by the way add up to 666 how frikkin cool is that, angel is such an appropriate name
- Assuming of course we survive, we might not need to communicate with each other, computers would do that for us :p.
- Have you ever played Metal Gear Solid (codec) or watched Stand Alone Complex? Our phones will be built into our heads!
- I don't know, but your avatar looks just like my brother-in-law. I'm dead (heh) serious!
