1. Make of my mobile is LG RD 6130 but I could not brows the web world, why?

Initially when I purchased LG RD 6130 Mobile with reliance connection in the year 2005 I could brows Web World but for last six months I could not. I went to Web World of Reliance Communication. They also forwarded my complain but till date no answer received. Presently I am staying in Hyderabad.

  1. Go to the nearest Reliance web world and ask them to register the complaint again. Ask them the Complaint Number and then contact on toll free Reliance number for R-care and put your problem with them also. I am sure they will resolve this issue. Toll free No for Reliance Helpdesk is 30337777 from Reliance phone and 1800227773 from MNTL/BSNL phone and 02230337777 from any phone (to pay).
