Communication Needs

Where and how to file the complaint against the fraudulent behavior by M/s Reliance Communications?

These cheaters have been charging me for a fixed line phone monthly rent with taxes, whereas no such service has ever been demanded or opted by me, never ever accepted or signed any paper mentioning such service installtion and never ever such service even installed at my premises. The only service which has been availed is the brodband internet and that too having several problems of its own, both technical and commercial. The people are refusing to remove these fixed line phone charges, even after sending them the copy of service installation form copy (only internet service), without giving any basis/reason of the same. Please advice. Whether the consumer court can help in this matter? If yes, how to approach them at Delhi, if not who else can help and how?

They can provide the service, but when customer want to disconnect from their service. They refuse to do so..TRAI must do something regarding this.. Customer have to pay finally now coming to your answer.. If you are facing such problem.Start from basic from now. 1. First you go to their office in your city. From where you took the connection.Tell them your problem. That you want to disconnect the service. 2. If they are not reacting to you. Give application to their office regarding this that you are disconnecting the service. And also send one copy by fax to their region service centre.Get no from their website. As you say you are getting bills which you never used. Also attach these to the application. Make their clear either they disconnect your service.Unless me not going to pay after today if still not disconnecting, take a photostat copy with you. 3.. Now if you are still getting problems. Go to session house.Ask from any good llb person.. Fill the consumer case form of around 100/- and attach all bills and application.. Now let the court deal with them
  6. You can complain to the consumer court. If you go to the high court, I think they'll direct you to the consumer court.
