Communication Needs

i have a site built and i am using google analytics to know my site's traffic rate.?

google analytics shows that most of the visitors are from the network location NIB(national internet backbone) and some visitors from Reliance communications ltd. Also the geographic location of the visitors is shown as big cities like Hyderabad even if the visitors are from small towns like chittoor. Why? and what are NIB and reliance communications ltd?
