What is the best job for communication engineer?

Hi can i ask aquestion What is the best job for a engineer have an electronic and comunication engineering certificate and take ccna course but not certificate? i'm confused Network communication is better or what field is better for the futcher. i have another question? i work in a colsultant office in the field of light current (fire-alarm system,intrusion systems,CCTV,sond system,telephone system cabling,...) sond is good for all of that but the problem is there is a lot of mess in that office and i don't like pople whome work in there, what can i do?
