How can I improve my communication in english?

It doesn't mean that I dont know english. I can speak well, but the problem is I cant keep the fluency. It takes some time to communicate with others. I spend some time to think how to answer to the question. Despite of I have the knowledge of english, the speed is not optimistic. Could you guide me how to improve the speed, better communication?

4. Fluency will come with practice. Believe it or not even answering these questions can help. The more you force yourself to speak English the more your fluency will improve. Try reading books out loud to yourself. Use homework help books so that you will be forced to think of answers to questions. Good luck.
