How do I get internet using a router just moving to a new apartment ?

I have a wireless router with a desktop, I want get internet for another two weeks install. I was wondering if I could pick up anyone else internet and how will i do that.

1. You cannot, the only way will be to intall a wireless network card for your desktop or one of those wireles usb receivers, and hope that there is someone near your new apartment that have the signal open. Meaning not block.
