How do I get Internet Explorer to stop closing on me, and encountering problems?

Almost everytime we get onto the internet, a gray box appears telling us that the internet has encountered a problem, after we've only been on the computer for ten minutes. And this will happen almost every 10-15 minutes. Please Help. And, will reintstalling the internet delete my accounts, and emails on other websites?

  1. download firefox. u can import all ur tabs and its much more stable. say ur system loses power ..when you boot up firefox will ask if you want to re-open the sites you already had open. convenience and reliability
  2. Why don't you start using FIREFOX is a little bit faster or, unistall Internet explorer and then install it again. I hope that hellps or do a system restore and everything goes back to normal;
  3. if you have the new internet explorer 7 UN-INSTALL THE YAHOO TOOLBAR i had the exact same problem it dosent like the new ie
  4. Upgrade to IE 7 Disable all your addons
  5. Add me to the growing list of people that say this: Download Firefox and quit using Internet Explorer.
