Communication Needs

how could i make a fountain with fibre optics? Is it possible?

I am needing a fountain for prom, but we are not allowed to put water on the gym floor. I thought that maybe I could use fibre optics to give the illusion of water, but was not sure how to go about doing this. I need help!!! Thanks!!
