can a pc screen or any other screen be used as a camera (with fibre optics)?

- No, a screen is only an output device, with no inputs to the computer.
- A CRT would not work, since the electron-photon conversion in the phosphorescent pixels is irreversible. An LCD would not work in reverse, since transistor noise would be too high. A plasma TV would not work, since the sensitive elements are passive. What the heck are you trying to do?
- No. Not unless you modify it to do so by fitting it with a CAMERA....
- no because tv screen dont capture light. it gives out caputed light using varioues electronics like filters. if you are talking about having a display screen then yes. if you are using fibre optics to capture light rays then i spose you can. dont know what you are doing must be fun. good luck.
